Tonight the Sounds and Sky Sox play Game 3 of their four-game series, and each team has taken a game so far. The Sounds give the ball to Ariel Pena (6-6, 4.62), who faces former Sound Mike McClendon (2-1, 3.30). First pitch on 102.5 The Game is set for 7:05, and pregame starts at 6:50.
Tonight’s interview is with another former Sound, Chris Capuano, who beat the Sounds on Monday night with a seven-inning effort and 11 strikeouts for the Sky Sox. He made four starts for the Sounds in 2010 on his way back from a second Tommy John surgery. He discusses his time with the Sounds; his years with the Brewers, including ’08 when he was hurt and missed helping the team in the playoffs; appearing in the post-season last year with the Dodgers; and pitching earlier this season for the Red Sox, for whom he grew up rooting as a Springfield, Mass., native.
