Tonight’s interview is with Brewers catcher Jonathan Lucroy, a Sound from 2010 who returns to Nashville for two games to continue his six-game rehab assignment for Milwaukee. Lucroy has been out since late May with a hand injury, and the Brewers hope to have him back by Thursday when they return from Philadelphia.
In this chat, Lucroy discusses what the rehab process has been like from his surgery, whether he thinks the Brewers are still in the race, how difficult it has been for him to watch the team struggle while he’s been out, the impact that Martin Maldonado has made with the Brewers and the comparison between Lucroy’s 2010 season and Maldonado’s 2012 season.
